| 仕事内容 | Position summary: This role entails the design, development, and execution of C&B programs in Japan. The incumbent will play a crucial role in providing analytical and operational support for the implementation of Total Rewards Policies. This involves attracting, retaining, and motivating talent to foster a high-performance culture within the organization. Essential duties & responsibilities: Lead C&B programs in alignment with established policies and guidelines. Ensure compliance of compensation and benefits standards with company policies and relevant regulations. Manage annual compensation projects and initiatives, including bonus calculations, salary reviews, annual performance appraisal processes, and budgeting. Collaborate with business leaders and partners to design, develop, and review compensation plans and C&B initiatives supporting business goals. Provide training to line managers on the intricate use of HR and Compensation policies. Prepare and monitor the compensation and benefits budget, ensuring regular reporting and necessary adjustments. Provide project management support for complex benefit projects, translating business needs into project plans, conducting impact assessments, and defining milestones, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards. Analyze C&B market surveys, benchmark best practices, fine-tune HR-related systems, and propose initiatives to enhance the company's market position in talent attraction, reward, and retention. Complete mandatory reporting as required by rules and regulations. Take the lead in the Health and Safety Committee. |
