-A subsidiary of a European company which was founded in 1884. Since 1891 the company has delivered products (multi tools). -Founded in Japan in 1993 with its headquarters in Tokyo the product lines are sold today through self owned (flag ship) shops, retail and wholesalers all over the country. -Today around 40 people are working as back office staff and around 100 in the shops. |
| 仕事内容 |
-develop and implement business strategies for all products to be sold in flag ship shops, retail and wholesale; -train and equip sales force with product knowledge, selling skills and all relevant date and information; -monitor and analyze competitors and marketing strategy; -analyze and advise on target customers, priority segment and product positioning; -prepare product sales forecast for supply chain function (most products are imported); -develop and prepare product promotion materials within corporate guidelines; -being responsible for products' P&L; -coordinating marketing activities (e.g. Messe participations, shop presentations, advertising, displays, events, press promotion, etc.); -coordinate with regional Marketing function; -attend regional marketing meetings; |
| 必要な経験・スキル |
-Training:university degree -Work experience:mid-aged professional with minimum 5 years working experience in Consumer Goods Industry. Experiences in international organizations are preferred. -Knowledge:good knowledge about marketing tools is appreciated. -Language skills:beyond fluency in Japanese due to the international ties, fluent command of English language skills is required. |
